Assessment

The brief is the exam

Daily checks are private. Thursday is a six-minute brief. Met is 70. Distinction is 85, and only if the red team failed to break the core number. Scores are not a ranking of managers.

Rubric

Given out on Monday. Not invented on Thursday afternoon.

LineWeightWhat “met” looks like
Question20Metric, grain, window, and decision are all present.
Evidence25The number matches the file. The base is stated. Exclusions are named.
Judgment20Separates queue, agent, and policy. Refuses a story sitting on a tiny base.
Ask20One action, one owner, one number to watch, and a date.
Craft15The page can be read in two minutes. No decorative charts.
  • Present means in the room for both lab blocks.
  • A missed lab block is a partial. The file is due by 18:00 that day.
  • Three partials, or one full absence with no file, means the course is not completed.
  • Completion is attendance at that standard, plus a brief at 70 or better.

Red-team check

  1. 1. CSAT on a slice with 9 replies. What do you do?

  2. 2. The blend clears 80% within SLA. The afternoon P1 phone slice does not. What do you brief?
